Kepemimpinan Teladan Yesus: Sebuah Model Kepemimpinan Kristiani di Zaman Modern

Abstract


This article is based on the fact that world leaders and some Christian leaderstend to be obsessed with world leadership. The method used qualitative descriptive bythe study of literature which is to analyze the thesis (world leadership) with theantithesis (the leadership of Jesus Christ), to compare, to conclude the opinions thatrefer to the exposition of bible, books and journals. The purpose of writing is todescribe Jesus' inclusive leadership as distinct from world's exclusive leadership. Theconclusions is world leadership tends to put emphasis on external abilities, packed indramaticcourtesywithamotiveofselfofinterest.Thisonemaybeoutwardlysuccessful, but God's peace tends to be undiscovered. Whereas Jesus' leadership didnot overlook outward abilities, putting leadership above the heart based on love,making no difference to the mind, the adversary loved and resolved to the truth. Jesusas a servant, served and not served. This article is proposed that the world adopt andemulateJesus'leadershipbasedonagape'slove,servantcharacter,actasashepherd, obeying the will of our father in heaven and committing to honest living bykeeping integrity. Jesus taught that "if yea, let ye say: yea, if not, let ye say no, thatwhichismorethan isfromthe wicked one"(Matt5:37).Jesus'leadershipwasrelevantfortodayworld’sleaders
